AHA demolished the existing restroom facility at Hog Pen Landing for the US Forest Service. AHA designed the layout of the entire area including surveying. Work included clearing and site prep, excavation and embankment for the installation of two new restroom buildings. AHA was the project manager and provided labor to assist in the installation of 2 CXT Rocky Mount single vault restrooms as per the US Forest Service vendor contract with CXT. AHA also provided the excavation for the below grade vaults to facilitate the installation of the restrooms. Concrete work preparation included form layout and installation of rebar cages. AHA's concrete work included the construction of ADA compliant sidewalks and parking areas with the addition of a concrete host pad. AHA also relocated an existing small building as per specifications. Also sodded & seeded the landscape.

The project completed by AHA at the Ocean Pond Recreation area in the Osceola National Forest for the USDA Forest Service developed a key relationship with this agency. AHA's successful completion of this project led to additional Forest Service work.

AHA was tasked with the renovation of an existing sewer system and lift stations. The project work included the clearing & grubbing of approximately an acre of land for the construction of a new sanitary mound. We abandon the existing sanitary mound and excavated in preparation for the new mound. AHA built the new mound including drainage aggregate and drainage pipes and vents. We pumped all sewage tanks including the main station and two auxiliary stations. AHA replaced all of the effluent main lift station including the installation of new tanks, pumps, electrical and rail guide system. We replaced the existing water towers for the sanitary dump station and underground pipe. Replacing the underground pipe was achieved after cutting the roadway and repaving the roadway after the new pipe was installed. An additional 380' of underground pipe was replaced at one of the auxiliary lift stations. Further electrical work was completed and the entire new sanitary mound and adjacent areas were sodded and mulched.
