AHA provides executive-level consulting and management services to the PM TRASYS office in support of United States Marine Corps training requirements and programs. These services include:
- Organizational design and operation
- Program definition, execution and management
- Process/procedural design, implementation, management and analysis
- Program management, organizational operation and system engineering services, as required

AHA interfaces with senior military, civilian and contractor personnel to provide recommendations concerning organizational design and operation, military and other training situations, management and operation support of the information technology services within the program office, and database design, implementation and administration services.

Naval Undergraduate Flight Training Systems Program Office / Chief of Naval Aviation Training (CNATRA). AHA provides Program Analyst support directly for the T-45 Airframe, Assistant Program Manager for Training Systems (APMTS). This tasking is oriented

around all facets of the T-45 program simulator acquisition and revision and maintenance of T-45 legacy simulators. Program Analysis support includes analysis of training systems requirements, assist in developing and analyzing key program metrics, cost and performance evaluation, and providing sustainment support strategies and training requirements. Program management and technical support includes acquisition and life cycle management of training systems, analysis and assessment of CNATRA training systems effectiveness, providing assistance in program planning, reengineering, and long-range architecture evaluations, and providing recommendations for program execution improvements.
