Management Team

Andy Harold
President and CEO
Andy Harold is the president and founder of AHA. He has over 17 years of program and project management experience. Additionally, Andy recently completed 20 years of service as a member of the U.S Navy Reserves as a helicopter pilot. He is a veteran manager with experience directing all AHA contract efforts.

Glenn Doyle
VP Business Development
Glenn Doyle joins AHA as our VP of Business Development and Program Manager. Previously, Glenn completed over 26 years of service in the U.S. Navy retiring as a Captain. During his military career, he served as the Commodore of the Atlantic Fleet Helicopter Maritime Strike Wing, the Assistant Director of the Navy Budget Office and the Director of Military Operations for the NROTC program. Glenn brings a wealth of experience to AHA as an executive manager with expertise in financial management, personnel management and program execution.

Rick Whitney
Operations Officer/Contract Program Manager
Richard Whitney is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 10 years of experience providing instructional products and technologies to DoD agencies. He has extensive experience in large-scale development/IMI conversion/web-based training programs with SCORM/Section 508 conformance requirements. Additionally, as the Contract Program Manager(CPM), he provides centralized control and has definitive authority and responsibility for contract efforts.

George Poston
Administrative Officer/Facility Security Officer
George Poston has over 25 years of experience providing management and administrative oversight of programs and projects of all sizes and scopes. Additionally, he has over 5 years of experience as a facility security officer in a major DoD facility. He is responsible for day-to-day oversight of AHA administrative functions and security compliance.

Dr. Carolyn Kinsell
Lead - Training Systems
Dr. Carolyn Kinsell has a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology and Systems Design with over 15 years of experience with large-scale development/conversion of IMI/web-based training content. As the AHA's Lead Instructional Designer, she demonstrates in-depth knowledge of SCORM and Section 508 conformance through project experience. She ensures that the AHA team adheres to processes and sound instructional design practices.
