CBP Courseware
Contract Amount:
$5,887,997 (base + 4 years)

AHA provides personnel support to the Customs and Border Protection (CBP)/ Office of Training Development to assist in the analysis, design, development and delivery of traditional classroom, blended, and web based learning, training projects, and programs in support of over 50,000 CBP employees' initial entry training through advancement to journey-level and senior career positions. AHA personnel assist in the establishment of standards and policies for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training.
AHA support is provided for the following primary OTD divisions: Border Enforcement Training Division (BETD), Use of Force
Policy Division (UFPD), Mission Support Division (MSD), Training Production & Standards Division (TPSD), Workforce Development Division (WFDD), Leadership & Organizational Development Division, Border Patrol Academy, Field Operations Academy, Harper's Ferry Advanced Tactics Center, Front Royal K-9 Academy, and EI Paso K-9 Academy.
AHA personnel provide the following direct functions in support of OTD: Project Management, testing and validation of courseware prior to fielding (Quality Assurance / Black Box Testing / Learning Management, Learning Content Management and validation testing), and curriculum development (Instructional Systems Design / Graphics Design) for Instructor Led and Web Based training materials.

NSAWC Courseware
Contract Amount: $2,404,564 (base + 4 years) + 283,000

AHA creates and maintains instructor led computer-based courseware for the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center (NSAWC) at Naval Station Fallon Nevada. AHA courseware is utilized to provide service to aircrews, squadrons, and airwings throughout the United States Navy, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS), in support of flight training and academic instructional classes. AHA performs revision and maintenance (R&M) of the NSAWC training program curriculum. Our personnel specifically support the analysis, design, development, and life cycle support of classified military training material for four independent Naval Aviation Schools including the U.S. Navy Top Gun school and course of instruction.

CV-22 Courseware
Contract Amount:
$2,087,257 (phase III and IV combined)

AHA develops high-quality, media-rich, interactive, SCORM v1.2-compliant web-based training (WBT) in support of the NAVAIR's joint MV/CV-22 program for the USMC and USAF. The team is divided among three major development locations to support war fighter training at Marine Corps Air Station, New River, NC, Kirtland AFB (Albuquerque, NM), and Hurlburt Field (Ft. Walton Beach, FL). The team's efforts are split between the Technical Review and Refresh of all courseware developed to date, development of new and more advanced curriculums and courses, and maintenance of the network infrastructure and Learning Management System (LMS) at MCAS New River, NC.
AHA provides management support for USAF CV-22 Aircrew and Maintenance training pipelines that support the V-22 Training Continuum at Kirtland AFB and MCAS New River. AHA manages the development of web-based interactive courseware for the U.S. Air Force V-22 special operations command.
Tasks include updating and maintaining interactive courseware (ICW) and computer assisted instruction (CAI) courses, maintaining the CV-22 Integrated Master Plan, identifying milestones, and time phasing for completing the courseware. AHA also provides inputs and assists in the revision and update of the IMP, the milestones, incremental submissions, and final submission schedule.

CCE Front-End Analysis / Courseware
Contract Amount: $113,038

AHA performed a Front End Analysis as subcontractor to Logistics Services International (LSI) for the United States Marine Corps, College of Distance Education and Training (CCE). We are now engaged in the follow-on instructional systems design support for the design and development of the Fitness Monitor Training Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI). The IMI courseware comprises design, development, and update of 20.5 Distance Learning Development Hours of courseware.

P-3 Courseware R&M
Contract Amount: $79,178

As a subcontractor to Carley Corp., AHA provides a P-3 Subject Matter Expert (SME) for web-based courseware curriculum revision and maintenance (R&M) effort for the Training Media and Materials System for the P-3 Aircraft Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) Weapons Tactics Unit (WTU) located at VP-30, NAS Jacksonville, FL. The scope of the work effort is determined by the required revision and maintenance of the P-3 FRS curricula caused by weapon system and tactics changes that impact training, and the expansion to include Weapons School, Reserve, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) training support.
